I came across these beautiful lifestyle photos by Hannah Blackmore when tracking down luxe linen by Cultiver. I love the collection of textures, vignette's and colours... all starting from a neutral palette. What's not to love?

I've been collecting pictures for months to use as inspiration for the redecorating we are currently undertaking. It's so much fun!

106. December snapshots

I haven't had time for my blog this month, it's been crazy busy. I always thought December went by so slowly as a child... counting down the days between my birthday and Christmas. But now I realise why it's called the silly season... there are so many events jam-packed into one month, people go a little silly!

These are a few snapshots from the last few weeks following trips to the beach, park, my birthday, flowers, chocolate, too much food, a wonderful Christmas day with family and being spoilt with lots of presents... lucky me!

105. Giuseppe Zanotti I love you

I know there are more important things in life than shoes, but I could certainly find a place in my life for these.

This is how I convince myself I need to buy something... 

Looks cute with a simple dress, definitely my style (tick). I could wear these with so many dresses I already own. The neutral blush colour goes with everything, plus I don't own any shoes with gold hardware... now I just need to find that unlimited credit card that I don't have to pay back! Might have to stay on the wish list.

I sound like Rebecca Bloomwood from Confessions of a Shopaholic. Is it bad that I know her name?

104. Things that belong in my closet

I'm sure I could find a million things to wear this with... in fact I'd also love a jacket in the same fabric (too cute)!

103. I like spots

I always thought that photos against graffiti walls looked so cool. So I made my husband take photos in Fitzroy last weekend... I'm not sure if it makes me cool or sheep like, but the colours are pretty and bright! 

I really like spots with white things. I'm starting to build up a collection of white t-shirts... this is my latest I bought in a pop-up shop - it's so light and breezy!

My sister and I decided to snapshot ourselves at my friends wedding last weekend. Now that I have an obsession with red lips, I decided to go with matchy matchy red accents on my nails and shoes as well. I'm waiting for my 'photographer' to edit the rest of the photos so I can post her too...

101. Books for my coffee table

Whilst I love the convenience of my iPad, I cannot imagine a world without paper books and magazines. I love nothing more than turning the pages of a beautiful design books full of images, or getting sucked into a book I can't put down even when my eyelids are closing... These are some of hard cover design books I'd like to add to my collection.
