114. Living room Inspiration

They say when you are pregnant you go into a crazy nesting phase, purging, cleaning and replacing old with new. If that's the case, then I've been nesting since I was born! Admittedly the above has certainly taken over my life the last two months, as I'm on a mission to finish redecorating the house before the baby arrives...

We started by picking a couch, which was no easy task - that process started six months ago. I have since purchased / ordered a number of items from the pictures below. Slowly it will come together. It's annoying everything has a 6-8 week wait time - I want it all now!!!!

113. I need Christian Louboutin flats

Let me be clear, this pair of shoes is a need. I'm not sure my husband would agree but I have a good argument - flat shoes are particularly important for a pregnant woman... plus they're practical, go with lots of outfits and I'm totally in love with them (does that count?)!

112. Growing bump, limited clothes

Dressing in the morning has become a skill... one I have yet to master. My husband is not overly impressed with the 43 minutes I spend each morning changing outfits and complaining I have nothing to wear. I don't blame him, I annoy me!

The pile of clothes in the photo below represent all the clothes left in my wardrobe that fit me. Plus three dresses - the one I'm wearing and the two I left at mum & dad's house *crucial mistake*

111. Shoes vs Nursery

My days of contemplating my next shoe purchase have been replaced by trawling endless baby and nursery sites. That's not to say I won't be making any purchases from my latest list...

I have also come to the conclusion that babies are like weddings... the cuter/prettier/more unique the more expensive!

110. I still love white dresses

This is me at 12 weeks... it's not a very accurate title given there is no bump, only a bloated stomach from scoffing 3 Freddo frogs. To be honest we haven't taken many photos since this lot, but I need a bump memoir, so I better start taking some.

 You may not be able to see from the photos, but the spots on the dress are like rough felt... I imagine it's how a Muppet like Kermit the frog would feel.

We were on the way to a lazy Sunday afternoon BBQ in these shots... I might add that this dress became very tight only two weeks later! I'm surprised my sister hasn't taken it from my closet yet.

109. Distracted by a growing bump

I have been somewhat missing in the blog world for a while... and here is the reason why. My world has been taken over by a growing bump, tiredness and eating lots of cheese and savoy biscuits... I'm told this means I'm having a boy!
